Marie Thomas is the Chief Operating Officer of Oxford Properties, LLC. She is focused on the operations of Oxford Properties as well as developing and expanding Oxford's relationships with debt and equity partners. She is also responsible for working with third party management companies to ensure our properties are performing at their optimal levels. Marie is a member of the Oxford executive team where she provides corporate leadership and steering for the company. Marie joined Oxford in 2016 with almost 20 years of commercial real estate finance experience. During her career, Marie has financed over one billion dollars of commercial real estate.

Marie is a native Atlantan and holds a BS in Management from The Georgia Institute of Technology. She has served on the Vestry of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal Church as Senior Warden, Junior Warden and Secretary as well as on the Board of Directors of Holy Innocents’ Episcopal School. She has also served on the Alexander-Tharpe Fund Board of Trustees for Georgia Tech. Marie resides in Sandy Springs, GA with her husband, Brian, and two children, Anna and Will.
