Chief Financial Officer
Greg Kotarba is the Chief Financial Officer of Oxford Properties, LLC. Greg is responsible for overseeing the corporate operations of accounting and finance, as well as the coordination and oversight of all corporate and partnership taxes, financial reporting, and risk management. Greg is also involved in providing corporate leadership and steering for the company as a member of the Oxford executive team.
Greg joined Oxford Properties in 2004 as Vice President of Finance and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2007. Since arriving at Oxford, Greg has overseen the accounting and financial operations of over one billion dollars of multi-family development. Prior to joining Oxford, Greg served as Controller at Stormont Noble Development, LLC. Over his ten years with Stormont (and affiliated companies), he held several positions in accounting and finance and was directly involved with over $540 million in upscale, full-service, public & private hotel development and partnership accounting.
Greg is a graduate of John Carroll University with a BS in Business Administration with continuing education from Oglethorpe University. In 2010, he was one of the founders of the Kincaid Elementary Foundation and served on the Board of Directors for several years. Greg resides in Marietta, GA with his wife and two children.
