David began working with the Development Team at Oxford Properties, LLC in 2021. He is responsible for all development activities in the Tennessee Market, including site selection and acquisition, due diligence, entitlement and permitting, rezoning, construction and lease up.

Prior to joining Oxford, he worked as an architect with a local architectural firm for 5+ years, where he specialized in multifamily communities. From 2018 to 2020 he served on ULI Atlanta’s Technical Assistance Panel Committee. David holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

On the weekends he and his girlfriend, Virginia Whitley, enjoy playing fetch with their golden retriever, Bryant.
