David is a Development Partner at Oxford Properties, based in Atlanta. He is responsible for sourcing and executing multifamily development projects across Tennessee, South Carolina, and Charlotte. Over the course of his career, David has contributed to the development and design of more than 3,500 multifamily units across the Southeastern U.S., totaling over $700 million in development and construction costs. His experience spans market-rate, affordable, senior, and workforce housing.

Prior to joining Oxford, he spent over five years as an architect, where he was involved in projects from entitlement through construction. During this time, he remained active in the Urban Land Institute, serving on ULI Atlanta’s Technical Assistance Panel Committee and participating in the Young Leaders Group Mentorship Program. He is also a graduate of ULI Atlanta Center for Leadership, Class of 2026.

David holds a Master of Real Estate Development from Clemson University, where he received the Advancement Board Fellowship and the Harry H. Frampton III Award for excellence in land stewardship and sustainable community design. He also holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture from Savannah College of Art and Design.

A native of Atlanta, David enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, Virginia, and their golden retriever, Bryant.
