Bill has been designing, developing and working directly with construction and property management on multi-family projects since 1982. He began his career in architecture working on both for sale and for rent garden, midrise/mixed-use and high-rise multifamily projects. In addition, he has worked on a few special custom homes, retail and restaurant buildings.
In 1996, Bill made the move to Post Properties bridging design, development, construction and management. He has worked with various teams through all development stages: initial pursuit through project design, project construction transitioning to lease up and operations on communities across the Southeast, Texas, Arizona, California,and Manhattan, New York.

Bill was given the opportunity to join Oxford Properties in 2020.  He currently lives in Tucker, Georgia, with his wife Susan.
