Adam Tietz serves as a Development Partner with Oxford Properties, where he is responsible for developing and implementing the company's growth strategy throughout the State of Florida. He oversees all phases of the development process, including acquisition, due diligence, entitlements, design coordination, rezoning, permitting, financial analysis, construction, lease-up, and disposition.

Adam's career includes leadership roles in development and acquisitions where he has successfully led the development of over $1 billion in multifamily, mixed-use, and retail assets throughout the Midwest, Southeast, Colorado, and Florida.  Prior to joining Oxford Properties, Adam oversaw multifamily development efforts for Johnson Development Associates.  He also previously held development positions with SRS Real Estate Partners and Barclay Group, as well as spending time in the public sector as an urban planner.  

Adam holds a Master of Real Estate Development degree from Clemson University. He also holds a Master of Urban Planning and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Nebraska. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Adam resides in Tampa, Florida, with his wife, AnnMari. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, skiing, golf, boating, the outdoors, and maintaining an active lifestyle.
