In 2002, W. Daniel Faulk, Jr. left Post Properties to found Oxford Properties. Since its founding, Oxford Properties has moved mainly towards developing Class A properties in the Southeast. Oxford develops and builds all manners of rental projects, from townhomes, to mid-rise, to mixed-use communities. Based in Atlanta, Oxford has satellite offices in Richmond, VA and Tampa, FL and is currently active in most major markets throughout the Southeast.
